Environmental Impact

  • Case Study 1

On an ongoing basis, Apex conducts sensitive plant surveys along the right-of-way and buffer zones of several pipeline rehabilitation and re-routing projects.  Our client relies upon our team of experts to identify environmental impact issues and negotiate with regulatory agencies swiftly.  Apex’s quick response, methodologies, and regulatory knowledge enable our client to efficiently proceed with pipeline repair and replacement projects.

  • Case Study 2

Our client was required on short notice to conduct a threatened and endangered species study before proceeding with the installation of 6,200 feet of pipeline.  Not only did Apex expedite completion of the  study, we provided our client with practical guidance equipping the client’s crews to independently make adjustments during installation activities, avoiding potential threatened and endangered species issues.

  • Case Study 3

With numerous marine and terrestrial species in consideration, Apex understands that the implications of coastal environmental impact are much broader than that of inland areas.  On behalf of our client, we conducted a stepwise review, drafted and submitted a report, and successfully coordinated with multiple federal and state agencies to resolve sensitive habitat issues for the proposed installation of 4 miles of pipeline along a coastal area.
